Overview
Anthropic has two paid tiers for individuals: Pro (US$20/month, ~S$30) and Max (US$100/month, ~S$140). For most working professionals starting with Cowork, Pro is enough.
What Pro gives you
5× message limit vs free, Projects (persistent context across chats), connectors (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc.), and file uploads up to 30 MB.
Daily usage caps that most professionals don't hit unless they're doing heavy research multiple times a day.
What Max adds
20× the message limit of Pro. Priority access during peak hours. Access to certain models earlier than they reach Pro.
Useful if your work is heavy with multi-hour research sessions, you collaborate with Claude on long documents constantly, or you've been getting throttled on Pro.
Singapore pricing notes
Anthropic bills in USD. Singapore cards work fine. The currency conversion is at your card's exchange rate — usually within 1-2% of mid-market.
There's no SkillsFuture or government subsidy for Claude subscriptions (as of mid-2026). It's a personal expense or a company-reimbursed one.
