Learn how it’s built.
Then we build it with you.

Start with a free one-hour preview. Go deeper with hands-on workshops. End with a working tool, built for a team that already understands how building works.

The continuum

Four stages, each one feeding the next

Training first is the cheaper way to find out what is worth building. Every stage leaves you with something that makes the next one faster — and you can stop at any point.

  1. 01

    Preview

    1 hour · Online · Free

See what AI can realistically do for work like yours: answers from your own documents, agents that automate workflows, building a website, and drafting tender proposals quickly.

    You leave with

You know whether the introduction is worth booking.

  2. 02

    Introduction workshop

    3 hours · Online · S$500 per person

Hands-on, on the work most teams bring — operations, admin and finance. At most two skills, practised until they stick.

    You leave with

A team that can use AI on real work, and a first list of processes worth changing.

    Details
  3. 03

    Skill workshops

    3 hours each · Online · S$500 per person

One skill per session — agents, dashboards, content, documents — chosen from the skills your team wants to learn next.

    You leave with

People who understand how the thing gets built, and a sharper build brief.

    Details
  4. 04

    The build

From 1 week · Fixed scope

We build the tool your team has learned to describe — on your real data, through the Ground Truth Method.

    You leave with

A working tool in production, owned and understood by the people who use it.

The 1-hour preview

Held online most weeks, at lunchtime (12:30pm) or on a Friday morning (10am) SGT, so you can pick whichever suits. Most teams don’t need a new tool yet — they need to see what the tools they already pay for can do. In an hour:

  • Prompting and context — how to ask clearly, give AI your situation, and check what comes back
  • Answers from your own documents (RAG) — AI that works from your files, not the internet
  • Agents for workflow automation — handing repetitive, multi-step work to an AI agent
  • Building a website with AI — from a plain description to a live site
  • Tenders and proposals — using AI to find tenders, read the requirements and draft a proposal quickly
  • A walkthrough of the 3-hour introduction, so you can decide whether it fits your team

The introduction workshop

For teams where most people are still early with AI. It builds on the preview, online on Zoom, and it’s written around the work most teams bring — operations, admin and finance. Want it face-to-face at your office for your whole team? Ask us for a quote.

It is an introduction, so we keep it focused: we choose up to two skills for your team to actually master in the session, rather than skimming ten. By the end, your people can use Claude Cowork or Claude Code well on real work, understand how agentic workflows and AI agents work, and can name the processes worth rebuilding.

Pick up to two to master

  • Prompting that holds up — how to ask, and how to check the answer
  • Context — feeding AI your own documents, policies and past work
  • Retrieval (RAG) — answers grounded in your organisation's files
  • Using Claude Cowork properly on your team's day-to-day work
  • Using Claude Code to build small tools for yourself
  • How agentic workflows and AI agents actually work

Angled to the work you do

Operations

Reporting, handovers, SOPs and the recurring checks that eat the week.

Admin

Email, scheduling, forms, minutes and document drafting — the work nobody lists as a job.

Finance

Reconciliations, claims, invoice checks and management reporting, with the review step kept.

S$500

Every seat comes with two things

Money back

Tell us before the session ends and we refund you in full. Requests after the session ends aren't eligible.

S$500 build credit

S$500 off a build with us: one credit per company, however many seats it sends, valid 90 days from the session, on builds of S$3,500 or more. Not combinable with any other discount, not transferable, no cash value.

You take the refund or the credit, not both.

Singapore dollars, exclusive of GST where applicable. Minimum 3 people for a session to run, and at most 12 so it stays hands-on. If a date doesn't reach the minimum, we move you to the next one rather than cancel — or you can transfer your seat or take a refund. Held online on Zoom, so distance and office space aren't a constraint. The joining link goes out once the invoice is paid. Invoiced by Xero — nothing is charged when you enquire.

03 · 3 hours each · Online · S$500 per person

Skill workshops

The introduction has room for two skills. Every other skill is a full 3-hour workshop of its own, at S$500 per person in the same format. You scope it by choosing the skills your team wants to learn next — one skill, one workshop.

Build your own AI agents

Design multi-step work an agent carries out — triggered by your staff or wired into a system — with every output reviewed by the person who owns it.

Build your own dashboards and trackers

Turn the spreadsheet everyone argues about into a portal, tracker or internal dashboard, built with AI in days rather than a quarter.

Content and social media marketing with AI

Plan, draft and repurpose posts, newsletters and campaign copy that still sound like you — with a review step before anything goes out.

Documents from templates

Quotations, proposals, invoices and decks generated from locked, on-brand templates, checked before they're sent.

Reading and reviewing documents faster

Contracts, tenders and long reports summarised and risk-flagged before a senior person spends an afternoon on them.

Don’t see the skill you need? Tell us the task — most skill workshops start as a question from an introduction. Each skill is 3 hours at S$500 per person, online, or in person on request. See the dates and book a skill workshop.

04 · The endpoint

Then we build it for you

After the training, the question stops being “which tool?” It becomes: which of our processes should stop being done by hand? That list becomes the build brief.

It is always easier to build for people who understand how building works. They describe the problem precisely, they know what AI can and can’t do, and they recognise a good tool when they test it. Most organisations start at level 01 and move right only where the return is obvious.

01

Off-the-shelf, used well

Claude and the suite you already pay for, set up properly. Nothing is built.

02

Built with AI — the app has none

A portal, tracker or dashboard. AI is how it gets built fast, not what runs inside it.

03

A simple AI call inside

One narrow job — draft, summarise, classify, answer with a citation — over your own files.

04

Orchestrated agents

Multi-step work an agent runs, with the person who owns it reviewing every output.

Common Questions

Questions about AI Foundations

Do we have to go through every stage?

No. Each stage stands on its own and you can stop whenever you have what you need. The order exists because each stage makes the next one cheaper: a team that has seen how building works gives a sharper brief, and a sharper brief means a faster build.

Do we have to attend the preview before booking the introduction?

No. The preview is there so you can see what the introduction covers before committing. If you already know you want it, write in and we'll book you onto the next 3-hour session.

How much does the 3-hour introduction cost?

S$500 per person for the 3-hour session, online on Zoom. Singapore dollars, exclusive of GST where applicable, invoiced through Xero before we send the joining link. Every seat comes with a money-back guarantee and S$500 of build credit.

How are skill workshops priced?

The same way as the introduction: every skill is one 3-hour workshop at S$500 per person, online, or in person on request. Scoping is simply choosing which skills your team wants to learn — three skills means three workshops.

Is the introduction the same for every organisation?

The online session is built around the work most teams bring — Operations, Admin and Finance — and focuses on at most two skills. If you'd rather have a private session for your team, face-to-face at your office and written around your own examples, ask us for a quote.

Why train before building?

Training first is the cheaper way to find out what is worth building. Once your people understand what AI can and can't do, the question stops being “which tool?” and becomes “which of our processes should stop being done by hand?” That list becomes the build brief.

Where do the sessions take place?

Online on Zoom — the preview, the introduction and the skill workshops. Skill workshops can also run in person on request, and a private face-to-face session for your whole team is available by quote.

What if the session isn't useful to me?

Tell us before it ends and we refund you in full. No forms, no conditions. Requests after the session ends aren't eligible.

Does the S$500 come off a build?

Yes — S$500 in build credit, one per company however many seats it sends, valid 90 days, on builds from S$3,500. It can't be combined with any other discount, and you take the refund or the credit, not both.

What if not enough people sign up for a date?

A session needs at least 3 people to run, and we cap it at 12 so it stays hands-on. If a date doesn't reach 3, we move you to the next one rather than cancel — or you can transfer your seat or take a refund.
