Rates
From July 2026
Rates apply to engagements starting 1 July 2026 onwards. Bookings confirmed before then keep the previous rates. All prices in Singapore Dollars (SGD), exclusive of GST where applicable.
Hourly
S$350
per hour
Best for 1:1 coaching, scoping calls, focused code reviews, or short team sessions. Minimum 2 hours per engagement.
Daily
S$1,500
per day (up to 7 hours)
For workshops, full-team sessions, or multi-day programmes. Slight discount for engagements running four or more consecutive days — ask when you write in.
Out-of-Singapore engagements: travel and accommodation billed at cost. Materials, recordings, and post-session async support are scoped separately and quoted upfront.

Four shapes it usually takes
1:1 coaching
Block out a few hours with me on your codebase. Cloud setup, architecture review, AI-feature scoping — whatever's blocking you. Hourly billing.
Team workshop
Half-day or full-day session for your engineering team. Live builds, hands-on labs, Q&A. We agree the topic upfront and I bring the materials.
Multi-day intensive
Two to five consecutive days for deeper programmes — bootcamps, internal academies, community courses. Daily rate with a small discount past three days.
Custom for organisations
Companies, government agencies, communities — if your needs don't fit the formats above, email me and we'll figure it out.
