About these numbers

Why does On The Ground publish prices?

Most agencies hide pricing because hiding it lets them charge more to anyone who looks like they can pay. We publish ranges because if you can't tell whether OTG is the right partner from this page, neither of us should be wasting an hour on a discovery call.

Why ranges, not single numbers?

Two engagements with the same brief can land at different points in the range depending on existing system complexity, data quality, integration count, and compliance requirements. We confirm the exact number after a 30-minute call — and we'll tell you if you should go to a different vendor instead.

Can grants and tax incentives reduce the cost?

Singapore offers several schemes that can reduce the effective cost of AI engagements: the Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) for substantial transformation projects, the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) for pre-approved digital solutions, and the Enterprise Innovation Scheme (EIS) which provides tax deductions on qualifying AI expenditure. Eligibility, approval, and exact co-funding rates depend on your company status, the scope of work, and scheme requirements at time of application — none are guaranteed.
