The path is a free 1-hour preview, then a 3-hour introduction at S$500 per person, then the Company Brain package at S$20,000 (S$18,000 upfront, or 5 × S$4,000), then ongoing support by retainer, quoted. The existing S$500 build credit (one per company, valid 90 days, on builds of S$3,500 or more) still applies to builds, and the two credits don't combine.
Why does On The Ground publish prices?
Most agencies hide pricing because hiding it lets them charge more to anyone who looks like they can pay. We publish prices because if you can't tell whether OTG is the right partner from this page, neither of us should be wasting an hour on a call.
Why are larger builds not priced on this page?
Two engagements with the same brief can land far apart depending on existing system complexity, data quality, integration count, and compliance requirements. The Functional App Sprint is the one fixed-price build. Anything larger we scope after a 20-minute call, and we'll tell you if you should go to a different vendor instead.
Can grants and tax incentives reduce the cost?
Singapore offers several schemes that can reduce the effective cost of AI engagements: the Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) for substantial transformation projects, the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) for pre-approved digital solutions, and the Enterprise Innovation Scheme (EIS) which provides tax deductions on qualifying AI expenditure. Eligibility, approval, and exact co-funding rates depend on your company status, the scope of work, and scheme requirements at time of application — none are guaranteed.
