Contact pages are the conversion bottleneck for service businesses. Three channels (email + WhatsApp + calendar), one primary CTA, and a real photo of a real human.

The three channels

Email (universal). WhatsApp click-to-chat (SG standard, lowest friction). Calendar link (Cal.com or Calendly, for booking-style enquiries).

One primary CTA

Pick the channel that produces your best conversations. Make it the visually dominant CTA. Other channels are secondary.

A real photo

Your face, not a stock illustration. People hire people. The photo doesn't need to be professional headshot — a real, human, looking-at-camera photo converts.
