Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know how to code?
No. CW-1 is zero code. We use Claude.ai through your browser; connectors are clicks and OAuth permissions. If you can install an app on your phone, you can do this.
Do I need to pay for Claude Pro?
Yes — Claude Pro (~S$30/month) is required. Every paid seat is gifted the first month free as a Claude Pro gift link from Anthropic, emailed within 5 business days of payment confirmation. Click the link to apply at sign-up or to your existing Claude.ai account. T&Cs apply.
How do I confirm my seat?
Enquire first; your seat is confirmed once the Xero invoice is paid. After your enquiry we email a Xero invoice (bank transfer or PayNow). We hold your spot for 5 business days. If payment doesn't clear, the seat returns to the pool.
What's the refund policy?
100% refund of the seat fee minus the S$30 Claude Pro gift if you cancel more than 14 calendar days before the workshop. Within 14 days: no refund, but you can transfer your seat to another person or to a later cohort once. If we cancel, you get a full refund including the gift value. Full T&Cs at /policies.
Why a full day?
Because the connectors take real time to set up properly, the prompt libraries need rehearsal in your actual inbox, and we want you to leave with a working recurring automation — not a slide deck.
Can my team book a private session?
Yes. 8-pax minimum at S$2,400 flat (CW-1) or S$2,800 flat (CW-2), scaling to S$300/pax (CW-1) or S$350/pax (CW-2) for 9+. Groups of 8–15 also get a 1-hour online follow-up clinic; 16+ gets 2 hours. Mention your team size in the enquiry.
What about NGOs and charities?
Every 5 paid seats unlocks 1 free NGO seat from our open waitlist at /free/ngo-waitlist. NGOs and registered charities can also write in at /csr to request a free private session for up to 15 pax — that's OTG's CSR commitment.
Where is it held?
Singapore in-person through 2026. Online cohorts open from 2027 — full-day Saturdays 9am–6pm SGT, covering IST through AET — once SG cohorts validate the format.
