The demo runs on a faithful simulation of the TPGateway APIs — open the “SSG API calls” panel on any demo page to see the exact payloads. Going live uses your organisation’s own SSG credentials (UEN-bound app, certificate, encryption keys); we handle the onboarding with you following our published go-live runbook — and every instance ships with user guides for every role plus adaptable PDPA privacy, refund, AI-use and enrolment-terms policies.
