What if I don’t like the website you build?
You walk away. No invoice, no hard feelings. We build it on spec because we’re confident in the quality — but if it’s not right for you, it costs you nothing.
What’s the difference between Managed and Handover?
Managed means OTG hosts, secures, updates, and maintains your site for S$250/month — you never think about the technical side. Handover means you get the full source code, a 90-minute training session, and deployment docs for a one-time S$2,000 fee — you own and run everything yourself.
How long does it take to build my site?
Most Groundwork sites are ready within 5–7 business days after you submit the spec form. Complex requirements may take slightly longer — we’ll confirm timeline before we start.
Can I switch from Managed to Handover later?
Yes. If you’re on Managed and want to take ownership, we’ll hand over the code and train you, minus what you’ve already paid. We never lock you in.
Do I need to provide content and images?
It helps, but it’s not required. We’ll use the information from your spec form and source professional imagery (stock or AI-generated). If you have brand assets, logos, or specific copy, send them along — the site will be better for it.
Is my data safe? What about PDPA?
Every Groundwork site is built with PDPA compliance in mind — minimal data collection, clear consent mechanisms, privacy policy page, and cookie consent banner included. We host on Vercel’s SOC 2 compliant infrastructure with Singapore edge presence.
