What happens in the free preview.

The slides the 1-hour preview runs from. Most of the hour is live work in the terminal; these slides frame it. Watch the 75-second version, then scroll for each slide and the exact prompts typed in each demo.

The deck in 75 seconds, no sound. In the live session each demo slide stays up while the work happens in the terminal.

Slide by slide

Nine slides, four live demos

Slide 1: Watch how the work gets done

01 / 9

Watch how the work gets done

One hour, live from the terminal: social media content, a slide deck, a website, and a real tender proposal from a new OIP challenge.

Slide 2: The next 60 minutes

02 / 9

The next 60 minutes

Mostly terminal, very few slides. About 50 of the 60 minutes are four live demos; the last few are the workshops and your questions.

Slide 3: Why I work from the terminal

03 / 9

Why I work from the terminal

A chat window answers in a bubble and starts from zero each time. Claude Code works inside a folder: it reads your files, saves real Word and PowerPoint files, does many steps in a row, and remembers your brand and past work. That multi-step work is what people mean by an AI agent.

Slide 4: One recipe behind every demo

04 / 9

One recipe behind every demo

Gather (copy, don't move, your past examples), find the pattern (write principles.md), ask for a real file, check every number, name and date yourself, then save the recipe as a skill. Never put names, NRIC, medical or bank details into AI.

Slide 5: Demo 1: one case study, a week of posts

05 / 9

Demo 1: one case study, a week of posts

A public case study becomes LinkedIn posts, Instagram posts and a newsletter blurb in your brand voice, then the recipe is saved as a reusable skill.

  1. Read the case study in sources/. Pull out the three points a business owner would care about.
  2. Using brand/voice.md, write a week of posts: 3 for LinkedIn, 2 for Instagram, 1 newsletter blurb. Save to drafts/social.md.
  3. Make post 2 shorter and warmer. Then save all of this as a skill called /social-week.

Learn it hands-on: Content and social media marketing with AI, 3 hours, S$500 per person.

Slide 6: Demo 2: a brief becomes a branded deck

06 / 9

Demo 2: a brief becomes a branded deck

A one-page brief and a brand folder become a real, editable PowerPoint file, changed by asking.

  1. /plugin install document-skills@anthropic-agent-skills
  2. Turn brief.md into an 8-slide PowerPoint using brand/. Save as drafts/deck.pptx.
  3. Slide 4 is too wordy: make it a comparison. Add speaker notes to every slide.

Learn it hands-on: Documents from templates, 3 hours, S$500 per person.

Slide 7: Demo 3: a description becomes a live site

07 / 9

Demo 3: a description becomes a live site

A few lines of notes become a one-page website that works on a phone, edited by asking, then put live with a public link.

  1. Build a one-page site from notes.md in our brand. Make it work on a phone.
  2. Open it in my browser. Shorten the headline and add a WhatsApp button.
  3. Put it live on Vercel and give me the link.

Learn it hands-on: Build your own dashboards and trackers, 3 hours, S$500 per person.

Slide 8: Demo 4: an OIP challenge, drafted live

08 / 9

Demo 4: an OIP challenge, drafted live

A new challenge statement is read into a table of requirements, matched against past proposals (answers from your own documents), and drafted in Word, with the gaps flagged for a person to check.

  1. Read the OIP challenge in sources/. List every requirement and scoring criterion in a table.
  2. Match each one to our past proposals in past-work/. Mark the gaps.
  3. Draft the proposal section by section. Save as Word in drafts/. Flag anything you're unsure of.

Learn it hands-on: Reading and reviewing documents faster, 3 hours, S$500 per person.

Slide 9: Your next step

09 / 9

Your next step

The 3-hour introduction workshop on your own work, then one-skill workshops: AI agents, dashboards and trackers, content and social, documents from templates, and reading documents faster. Each is S$500 per person on Zoom, with a full refund if you ask before the session ends.
