Terms of Service

Tempo is an AI-powered life scheduler that helps you manage your time across work, health, social, learning, and creative domains. It connects to your Google Calendar to read existing events, find free time, and create scheduled blocks for your goals.

Tempo is provided by On The Ground Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore.

You sign in using your Google account. By signing in, you authorise Tempo to access your Google Calendar data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. Tempo does not store your Google password.

One person, one account. Do not share your account or create multiple accounts.

Free tier: 1 calendar, 3 active goals, daily check-in, basic AI scheduling. No credit card required.

Pro tier: US$5 per month. Unlimited goals, AI rescheduling, wearable sync, social memory, weekly life review, goal progress tracking.

• Billing is monthly. Cancel anytime from Settings — no cancellation fee.
• When you cancel, Pro features remain active until the end of your billing period.
• Refunds: if you're unhappy within the first 14 days, email us for a full refund.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their rate for 90 days after any increase.

You own your data. We have a limited licence to process it solely for providing the scheduling service.

• You can export all your data at any time from Settings.
• You can delete your account and all data at any time from Settings.
• When you delete your account, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
• We do not sell or share your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Don't use Tempo to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Spam, abuse, or harass others
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service
• Create automated bulk accounts

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Tempo depends on third-party services (Google Calendar API, Neon database, Vercel hosting) that may experience outages.

We will notify users of planned maintenance in advance when possible. No SLA is provided for the free tier.

By you: Delete your account at any time from Settings. All your data will be removed.

By us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We will attempt to notify you first unless the violation is severe (e.g., security breach, abuse).

Tempo is a scheduling assistant, not a replacement for professional advice. We are not liable for:

• Missed appointments or scheduling conflicts
• Health or wellness outcomes from following AI-suggested schedules
• Data loss due to third-party service outages
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

For users in the European Union: nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.
