Service descriptions that convert.

Less aspirational, more specific. The shape of a service description that produces enquiries.

Overview

Service descriptions are where most consultant sites lose readers. Aspirational language and bullet-point processes don't convert. Specific, outcome-focused descriptions do.

The structure that works

What it is (one sentence). Who it's for (one sentence). What you walk out with (5-7 specific deliverables). What it costs (or starts at). Who I've done this for (one named example).

The structure that doesn't

Generic process diagrams. "We follow a proven 5-step methodology…". Buzzword bingo. Aspirational claims without proof.

FAQ that handles objections

Add a FAQ section on each service page. Anticipate the 5 objections people have before they ask. "What if I'm not sure I'm ready?" "What if I cancel?" "What's the difference between this and X?"
