Most consultants in SG hide their prices. The data is clear: showing prices increases qualified leads. Here's the pattern that works.

Show your prices

Even indicative ranges. "S$5,000-15,000 per engagement" beats "Contact for pricing". You filter out tire-kickers without losing serious enquirers.

SGD with GST notes

Lead with SGD prices. Note whether GST-inclusive (if you're registered) or exclusive. Add a USD price as secondary if you serve overseas.

Add the deliverable, not the hours

"A 4-week positioning sprint that delivers X, Y, Z" beats "40 hours of consulting time". Outcome pricing converts; time pricing invites haggling.
