Overview

Showing up to a meeting without prep is expensive. The calendar prep prompts are 90 seconds of work that change the quality of your week.

Monday morning audit

"Look at my calendar for the next 7 days. Tell me total meeting hours per day, days over 60% meetings, meetings that could be a Slack message, meetings I should prep for now, and where there's a clear 2-hour deep-work block."

15-minute meeting prep

"I have a meeting with [person] at [time] about [topic]. Pull from past emails, calendar history, and Drive docs about them or the topic. Give me 3 facts I should remember, 2 questions I should ask, and the 1-line answer to what they're likely to ask me."

Recurring 5pm summary

"At 5pm each weekday, summarise what I shipped today from my Gmail sent items, calendar attendance, and Drive activity. One sentence per thing."
