On The Ground ran a hands-on workshop at Zendesk Singapore: building an AI agent with Claude Cowork and Telegram, live, from scratch. Attendees left with a working bot that runs on its own schedule — not just a demo — plus a clear sense of what's safe to hand an AI tool and what isn't.
The session covered setting up a Telegram bot and connecting it to Claude Cowork, writing the agent's operating instructions, putting it on a schedule, and deliberately breaking it to see how it handles ambiguity before trusting it with anything real.
