Our Method

The Ground Truth Method

How we ship AI applications that actually work — in days, not months. Four phases, one week, working software at the end.

Phase 1

Day 0

Ground

Understand the actual problem, not the feature request.

  • 60-minute discovery call with the people who do the work daily
  • Map the workflow as it runs today — including unofficial workarounds
  • Identify the single highest-leverage automation
  • Agree on what 'done' looks like, in writing

DeliverableA one-page brief naming the problem, the user, and the success metric.

Phase 2

Day 1

Truth

Surface the hidden constraints before they bite us.

  • Inspect real data samples and edge cases
  • Test assumptions about LLM behaviour on representative inputs
  • Confirm integration points with existing systems
  • Validate compliance, data residency, and PDPA requirements

DeliverableA short technical plan with the architecture, prompts, and risks named.

Phase 3

Days 2–4

Build

Ship a working tool, not a prototype.

  • Build end-to-end with real data, not mocks
  • Daily check-ins with the user, not weekly steering committees
  • Ship to staging on Day 3; refine against real usage on Day 4
  • Write the runbook as we build, so handover takes minutes, not weeks

DeliverableA production-ready tool the team can use on Monday morning.

Phase 4

Day 5+

Land

Deploy with the team, not for them.

  • Live training on the actual tool, with real work
  • Two weeks of post-launch support included
  • Capture metrics: hours saved, error rate, cycle time
  • Recommend the next workflow worth automating, or step back

DeliverableA working tool, an empowered team, and a measured outcome.

What we believe

Lead with the problem, not the technology

We don't pitch Claude or LLMs or RAG. We pitch hours saved, mistakes prevented, and time returned. The tech is a means.

Talk to the people doing the work

Documentation lies. The people closest to the work know the unofficial workarounds, undocumented edge cases, and real constraints. We start there.

Ship working software, not decks

Discovery slide decks impress steering committees and change nothing. A working tool the team uses on Monday changes everything.

Amplify capability, don't reduce headcount

We build for capacity-building, not cost-cutting. In Singapore's tight labour market, more output per person is more valuable than fewer people.

Measure outcomes, not features

After launch we track hours saved, error rate, cycle time. If the tool isn't moving those numbers, it's the wrong tool — not the wrong team.
